As the market becomes more competitive, only a business comprised of well-rounded licensees who provide comprehensive advice will continue to stand out. This course instructs real estate licensees on the basics of home inspection. An understanding of this information will allow the student to better serve his or her clients and customers.
This Arizona real estate continuing education course presents an overview of the home inspection business and explains how it fits into the real estate industry as a whole. In addition, the course covers the regulatory bodies and professional organizations associated with home inspection. At the conclusion of this course, the student will understand the methods used to inspect homes, will know what to look for when examining properties, both inside and out, and will understand the various types of inspection reports and the differences between them.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

TESTING:
Quizzes - All quizzes must be taken to proceed forward to the next lesson.
Final Exam - You will be required to take a final exam.
You must complete 24 hours of ADRE-approved Continuing Education (CE) courses every two years to renew a real estate license. Of the 24 hours required for renewal, you must obtain 3 hours credit in EACH of the following subjects:
- Agency Law
- Contract Law
- Commissioner's Standards
- Disclosure
- Fair Housing
- Real Estate Legal Issues
The remaining 6 hours may be in any of the above categories OR General Real Estate or Business Brokerage. According to Ariz. Admin. Code R4-28-402 (C) A person shall not receive credit for more than 9 hours of continuing education classes per day

Once you complete the course, you will be able to print your certificate online. Please wait at least 30 seconds until the certificate loads on your screen. Once you receive your certificate(s) you are required to provide ADRE the original or a copy of the certificate(s) with their renewal form.
