24 hours of REQUIRED and ELECTIVE Arizona Continuing Education

Due to Arizona State Regulations, students cannot receive credit for more than 9 hours of continuing education classes per day. This means you may take up to 9 hours of exams in a 24 hour period, but no more. You may start a new course within that 24 hour period beyond the 9 hours, but cannot take the test until the 24 hour hold time is up.
You must complete 24 hours of ADRE-approved Continuing Education courses every two years to renew a real estate license. This package fulfills the full 24 hour requirement and includes the following courses.

TESTING:
Quizzes - All quizzes must be taken to proceed forward to the next lesson.
Final Exam - You will be required to take a final exam.
You must complete 24 hours of ADRE-approved Continuing Education (CE) courses every two years to renew a real estate license. Of the 24 hours required for renewal, you must obtain 3 hours credit in EACH of the following subjects:
- Agency Law
- Contract Law
- Commissioner's Standards
- Disclosure
- Fair Housing
- Real Estate Legal Issues
The remaining 6 hours may be in any of the above categories OR General Real Estate or Business Brokerage. According to Ariz. Admin. Code R4-28-402 (C) A person shall not receive credit for more than 9 hours of continuing education classes per day
COURSE COMPLETION:
Once you complete the course, you will be able to print your certificate online. Please wait at least 30 seconds until the certificate loads on your screen. Once you receive your certificate(s) you are required to provide ADRE the original or a copy of the certificate(s) with your renewal form.
